Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to Annex Power Tools. We are committed to getting your professional-grade equipment into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Order Cut-Off Time is 4pm.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays (Working hrs Mon - Sat / 7am - 8pm).

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., holiday sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of service to meet your needs:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or extreme weather. Annex Power Tools is not responsible for external carrier delays.

3. Shipment to Addresses

Annex Power Tools ships to all addresses within Kenya.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages & Missing Items

Annex Power Tools is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  1. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  2. Take clear photos of the damage.

  3. Contact our support team at info@annexpowertools.co.ke  or 0702756309  within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.
